We are based at 147 Clay Road in Rochester, and everything we do happens inside Monroe County and the towns around it. That is a deliberate limit. It means our technicians know the difference between a fieldstone foundation in the South Wedge and a slab in Henrietta, they know which neighborhoods run heavy on Norway rats and which run heavy on grey squirrels, and they know that a call in Greece in February is a rodent job and a call in Greece in August is probably yellow jackets.

The other thing that sets us apart is that we run pest control and wildlife under one roof. Most companies do one or the other, and the seam between them is where customers get stuck: a wildlife outfit removes the raccoon and leaves the fleas, or a pest company treats the mice and never mentions the open soffit return that keeps letting them in. We inspect for all of it in one pass and quote the whole job, including the parts we would rather not have to explain.

Our technicians are licensed New York State pesticide applicators, and we take the documentation side seriously. Every product we apply is EPA registered and appears on our labels and SDS sheets page with its application method, rate, and registration number, so any customer, tenant, or health inspector can read the chemistry without asking us for it first. For commercial accounts, that record keeping is part of the service.

We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a plan. If your centipede problem is really a crawlspace moisture problem, we will say so. If your bat colony cannot legally be excluded until September, we will tell you that in June and lose the job to someone willing to do it wrong. If a honey bee swarm on your fence post should be collected rather than killed, that is the advice you will get. Long term, that approach is why our customers call us back and send us to their neighbors.
